Sirmishes may revitalize low level twinks?

Back in the day I remember being able to do arenas at level 4 with some hard core twinked toons. If they do reintroduce skirmishes, do you think they will give xp and or do you think xp locked toons will be segregated.

Here's hoping low level twinks will get some action.

I don't think anyone knows how skirmishes will work May be the same as before, may be different, just be happy it is coming

It never worked for 1-9 twinks though, always needed to be 10+. I'm pretty positive it will work about the same again.
