I've read many guides how to enter XP on BGs but none of them work...
Also I think that there is still a method how to do this. Can you share the secret?

Try not to spread to word too much, but the method is:

Take flag. Hold flag for 29 minutes. Leave at the end. No EXP gained. 50+ noobs killed.

Warsong Gulch lasts a maximum of 20 minutes - so you may mean 19 or 20 minutes?

go into wsg, hold the flag, when there is 2 minutes left in the bg, go to horde base or whatever, have wow in windowed mode and click the X in the top right corner to exit the client, relog like 6-7 minutes later and bam, alteast that's what I do

Yeah, it would but I think ffffrf's solution may make it so you do not have to work around the Deserter's buff

I had the achievement before i made my 10, i almost have 700k kills on my account just stop.
