I'd move some gems around for free socket bonuses (and perhaps pick up a chaotic meta gem). SWP gloves are better than the brutal for prot, and you could probably use some professions.

Oh, and titanium plating.

I would suggest rolling Engineering as a profession though, especially with the way you're gemming. Trying for synapse will really help your lack of Strength.
