Best rogue spec for taking down flag carriers?

I'm just wondering what spec would be best for taking down the enemy flag carrier as a rogue. Also, what sort of gear set up would be best? I'm guessing some sort of crit set? Thanks.

I've heard combat will do more constant damage where sub will do more burst damage,for instance coming out of stealth. I know rotgore has a pretty nice set up but he also faction changed from horde to ally

I like the one with increased stealth speed because dmg isn't going to help if you can't get there quick enough...
