10 rogue - Is there anything else I can do?

I'm sort of derping around trying to finish a few characters off before I go to unviersity.
I might get AGM but it's doubtful, and my highest toon on this server is a level 39 so getting BOA's is doubtful.

Is there any notable quest gear I can pick up, or major pieces for the non-cookie cutter set I could realistically acquire with a 39 rogue twink?

EDIT: I just peered through Unsanity's guide and it doesn't look like I can do a lot gearwise.. does anyone have suggestions as to just what I could do for fun? Outside of actual playstyle, I'm not overly creative =/

Starting a dk is the easiest thing to do on a new server.

Level skinning - easiest to do. 75 is pretty easy to get to.

herb sucks to do but is quite useful.
