RSI from World of Warcraft - Help please

My interest isn't in correcting or schooling you; my interest is in working to maintain a certain level of mutual respect and decorum on these forums. Since your responses speak for themselves as far as your interest level in doing the same, I'm going to quit addressing you now. Oh and for the record, I dislike having my intentions judged just as much as I'm sure the OP does, and the other people you have harassed in this manner, so please stop.

On topic, OP, I use a trackball and I make sure to keep my shoulders relaxed while sitting at the computer. I've been in the IT / Internet career field for the last 15 years and have not had any RSI issues yet... only eyestrain from too long sessions and not blinking while in BGs.

I remember when I had shooting pains in my arms back when I used to play WoW longer than 3-4 hours a day. I actually developed callouses on my wrists from it. They all went away when I stopped playing constantly.

go throw the ball around

On a more serious note.. it happened to me once. I was worried at first since it was quite painful. I just played a bit less for the two days in a row and it went away. Havent had any similar problem ever since (happened 6 months ago or so)
