Druid Restoration - Tanking and Balance

Hello there,

I'm currently looking for what could be considered the best restoration ( perhaps both pvp and pve ) tanking ( not sure if this is a mist of both cata ds hc gear or pure mop ? ) and balance ( pve + pvp ) bis chardevs, my knowledge of cataclysm is rather poor and i would really not know where to start from, so if anyone has any of the above chardev please share it.
