Twink Fight Club or Twink School

Ive already answered this suggestion before, arenas would be a great thing to get to but at first Duels I believe would be the best choice. The idea of Arenas to people who dont play arena is kind of scary because no only do you let yourself down when you dont preform you let down a team mate. as people Progress I will urge for people to move to arenas as there skill will develop the result.

You have to take a chance at failure before you can progress. Weather its in a arena setting or just spamming duels the risk of failing is always there. In many cases this ends up making players better.

Spoken like a true profit.......Im going to push to get a large group going this weekend we can do duels or arenas doesnt matter to me aslong as people are respectful and willing to participate. Add me on Btag if your interested Khaos#1278 or PM me here.

I too like the idea of the mirror matches in arena. If anyone wants to challenge stubs & I, hpala mage we're up!

If people are interested Im going to be sending out Invites on Saturday time to be determined. Probably Peak times (5-6 est) for duels and depending on the classes we get maybe some mirror arenas.

I cannot stress this enough. I am not interested in making this into a competitive group. This is for learning purposes. I do not want this group to get to the point where people do not want to come cause there worried that if they lose in a duel or arena that they will be bashed/trolled because of it. which In my opinion is probably why alot of people do not want to do arenas.

i wanna go bcuz this sounds fun. not bcuz i consequently happen to rape in duels as well

arena would be more fun though mirrors that would be sick

We need people of all skill lvls, only way mediocre players will get better is bye going up against the more skilled caliber of players. Learning threw experience.

I will add ya when I get off work today.....7 hours to go lol.

On a side note did some arenas last night and ran into problems I foresaw......after losing 3 in a row I truly didnt feel I learned much...when I ran the matches over in my head I dont know what I was doing wrong. Which comes down to why I feel dueling would be most beneficial to start off with is there can be outside observers. they can give tips (you could have done this at this point and time). The only thing I feel I learned was how much of a difference a little bit of strength makes.

Yeah the duels would be way better for critiques. but i feel that an arena is a better judge of said persons skill. maybe we can have the group que as a 5 v 5 and then have some people watch the 3 v 3 happen then talk about what they saw.. just an idea.

I'm still working on my Arms warrior. The satchel soldier belt and WC boots are being douchebags though. Had to spec prot just to get them faster and still no luck after 20ish dungeons. :(

Once I finish gearing I will take part in this as I said before.

If everyone interested in doing some duels and arenas I will be on organising in about a hour. Looking forward to some fun

Something came up I wont be on till later. I hope people can start without me :)

While this is a good idea, the biggest problem that I have found with the 19 bracket is that Very few people are actually willing to take criticism and advice from other players. Because of this will never improve as a player.

Also for certain classes like healers all a 1v1 will teach you is juking and how to manage cooldowns effectively when you are getting focused/trained. 1v1s do not teach the most fundamental aspect of any support class and even melee class too, positioning. A good player is aware of everything that is going on (or as much as possible) in a 1v1 you dont have to worry about LOSing the fear/poly that you have on focus or watching the fear bomb. You just have to focus on not dying while killing someone else.

TLDR: 1v1s don't teach you about utilizing focus/focus macros or positioning (things key to any quality player). While this is a good idea I believe that jumping into 5v5 matches and having 3 players on each side with 2 dead watching will be more beneficial in the long run rather than slowly working your way up.

The first weekend I wanted to do this had to get put onto the back burner due to Real Life situations. Threw out the week if I am on I would happily work with anyone. Whether it be Duels or Arenas feel free to hit me up. If you want to practice against DPS/Healer just know I am always willing to help and Nothing will be said outside what we talk about when it is happening.
