(ok, so there's some level of assumption in the title...but unless anyone else did it before, I'm going to be presumptuous and claim the date

Let me take you back to the birthplace of it all. Saturday, March 25, 2006. That's right, my level 1 twinking days are as old as 1/2 the people in BGs these days. So sit back young'uns and hear the tale of how the legend started
It was Saturday night, our guild had been tearing through AQ40 for the past couple of months. Patch 1.10 was on the horizon and we were eagerly awaiting our upgraded Dungeon Sets (remember this was pre-every slot epic raiding days).
I was just finishing a 3 hour UBRS run and I got a message from a guildie named Okchet. He said, "Hey chubs, wanna make a level 1 and duel outside of Org?" Instantly I started thinking of how cool this could be and of ways I could buff my guy up and destroy him. So I created my first level 1. A Tauren Warrior named One. Okchet, his brother Schmeg, and a guildie named Moos summoned me to Org where I ran around and got all the buffs I thought were possible.
I thought I was smart and clever. I went outside the gates of Org and accepted his duel.
In 3 sec I was dead.
When I inspected him I instantly realized, "ENCHANTS!"
From there it was a couple of hours of going through Thottbot (if wowhead was around, no one was using it), searching, planning, taking notes....
We dueled again. I died again.
"CONSUMABLES!" I shouted out loud. Waking my wife up in the process.
It was then and there the light bulb went off. What if we make these guys so powerful, so geared that we could beat up higher levels. We'd make a name for ourselves. We'd heard rumors of some crazy guy and his friends in Europe doing something similar....
...and so, the fun, the memories, the gold sink, the bitching at Blizz nerfs, and the awesome journey of level 1 twinking began.
Over the years I've had several level 1 twinks. My original Tauren Warrior still sits on Anvilmar as a testament to the beginning. My main level 1, a Blood Elf Rogue, was born on January 9, 2007 the first day of TBC.
I'm getting ready to begin a new level 1 legacy...I have not decided how, where, or why, but it's time. There are new things to do with Level 1s...there have to be!
100,000 HKs ... did it when it was cool
Buffed to over 2500 HP ... check
Break 500 DPS ... been there done that
Solo'd level 55 Cenarion Emissary ... no one else has come close
3000 Achievement Points ... nobody else did it and nobody else will ever do that again, at least not the same way
So what's next? Surely a level 23 guild bank fully stocked with level 1 twinking gear/consumables is a start? With the ease of BoA gear ... surely a new server is viable? A joint venture perhaps? I'm open to ideas...after 7 years I'm running out of them!
