Granted that you actually don't need any of that hit and the ring is boe its pretty straight forward.

Very good point - that chardev is actually a snapshot of my old hunter, on which I didn't have Hard Khorium Band

How come staff for resto btw jack, aint mace + shield any better ?
More sockets + better enchant + more haste (spirit is less useful) = staff > shield and offhand. It's very close though, thanks to 25 int to shield.
As Resto, going with any good dps will work, best is probably Shadow Priest. As ele, you want a healer or hybrid dps/heal, like a Shadow Priest there too.
