im deciding on making a 39 twink rogue for fun , but im looking for other options as well.

so please leave an armory of a bis rogue , & your opinions on classes i could try .

Rogues are very abundant in this bracket already, I would try choosing a different class.
Any class is viable in this bracket, which is why loads of people flock to it. Anything you like, you should try. Look up some 39 bg videos on youtube if you aren't sure. They gave me a good idea which class I should play.

If you make a rogue, make sure it's Human and alliance. They are rather scarce.
