I know I need to hit cap still, and of course AGM or the new pvp heirloom trinket, but otherwise this guy is pretty much ready to rock: Dthpwn @ Aerie Peak - Community - World of Warcraft

Sidenote: Which way should I go for hit cap? Hoggers Trousers, Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders, or something completely different...?

In 5.2 (Heirlooms scaling up to 24) you'll be better off with more BoA's:

- Grab those Daggers
- PVP/PVE Shoulders. Really up to your own playstyle
- What to take as boots/bracers/legs totally depends on how the scaling will you when everything will get fixed. Either you stay with the current built (in case Crit rating gets fucked over) or you got with Black Wolf Bracers, Cobrahn Boots and Smelting Pants.
- AGM isn't BiS anyore. Get those new BoA PVP trinkets! (take Tyranny first)

About the hit cap: you'll easily get there just with Eyepatch and the BoA chest.
