15 Agility to Weapon can be used on Gloves?

No troll, just not played for a while and was searching the guild members' Enchanting skills and could not find it and then checked armory and it was playing up and said was the weapon enchant.

Look at all of their enchants on Gloves. It says 'Formula: Enchant Weapon - Agility.' Now, tell me - if I were 'stupid', would I say
