Just noticed there are upgraded versions of the existing BoA's now. You need the previous BoA and a given amount of honor to purchase them. Twinks are about to hit of hell of a lot harder now. Time for new BiS armories?

I can't confirm this but I heard they were moving the shields to 5.3.... And the Tome is in the vendor now. So those priests and other classes that us 1h oh are lucky.
