1. Please List the Gear/Enchant For it.. Please No Armory (To many GF'd/Not 100% BiS Players) Or a Chardev of a BiS Please
2. Best Talents for 1v1?
3. Best 2 Glyphs for 1v1?
4. Best Opener for 1v1?

It would seem that Cheezel is geared for glass cannon, I'm sure he would have a set using heirlooms too.

for agility leather, most best in slot pieces are drops, i think in some cases the only heirlooms you'll use are the shoulders and cape.

Armory my Rogue. I literally just built him last week and he is pretty much BIS besides Unearthed banded prefix I just have regular Unearthed banded.

If you can't get Stonevault Shiv, the pvp dagger is just as good if not better. I'm a little bit undecided so far also for 1v1 situation dazzling long sword vs rogues is great. also if you can't get unearthed bands get the ones from SM there only lvl 31, but use them as a place holder until u can get unearthed.

Really no such thing as best in slot involves playstyle but every rogues should have 4+ sets to swap. I literally just throwing things together and try to make tomorrows game I didn't get started on rogue until 2 days ago. I may or not make game if rogue isn't ready.

What combination of engineering/herbalism/skinning would be optimal for a rogue? I'm guessing herbalism/skinning would be, but I'm not sure.

i havnt seen many engi rogues since catseye goggles went out of style, with the stat lens being craftable again it may be viable. thinking skins/herbs probably the best

Besides the head piece, is there anything else engineers can make that would make it worth taking for a rogue?

Uhh i use a net o matic trinket occasionally and lots of bombs but i play warrior not rogue. If you like to and are good at throwing bombs they can be handy but i wouldnt take it just for that. id let a few of the rogues chime in before making a final decision

There are more trinkets than nets. Nades, Arcane Bombs, Sapper charges for breaking CC.
