Already posted in another thread. This issue with scaling was fixed withing a few weeks in challenge modes, so there is a good chance,
that we will see a similar fix for this

caster hit cap = 102 = 6,04%

resi dropped from 81% to 74% and in bg/arena to 70%. Now you get 62% more incoming dmg with the same gear after Patch. And you cry over 10% dmg reduce.

overall 50% more dmg on Resi Healers, i guess that is a good deal for all DD's.
