Halaani Whiskey still works, but I really don't see why they're changing this game so much. Soon there probably won't be any more of these get-drunk-and-get-buffed items.

As from what I heard, the Rumsey Light and Rumsey dark (+5 / +10 stamina) are still working, although there are hard to obtain and rarely seen in AH, but give more option of stacking supplies than Halaani (max 3)

It's still in the game, in fact I have 374 in my bank but it's just a drink now... No buff

I stated before, any recent decision regarding twinks, was a kick in the face of twinking. Enjoy your AGM while it's still usable below level 50, because I'm fairly certain that one's next.
