Lets get more 1-9's... Brainstorming

I am wanting to see a Bigger crowed of 1-9 twinks.. Can we think of PvE and PvP + Random Events we can do to get more Players in this Wonderful Bracket of ours? Please Make it so 1-9's can Attend.. Not just 1's or 5's or 9's!!

I Think if we do some of these, we could Catch Peoples eyes.. People Who Love HARD PvE Can Do PvE Events, People Who Love PvP Can Do the Castle Wars or FFA Arenas, Or those who Collect Pets Can do the pet Things...

As I've said before, my real id is Xarnius#2151, and if anyone wants to do anything with a level one twink, I'll be up for it. I like the idea of 40manning a Fel Reaver with actually geared twinks instead of naked level ones. Of course it doesn't require 40 people, but it would be cool. I don't know if the pvp events would work, since it's easy to sabotage(not that pve's any better, but atleast you won't die as easily).

I don't play wow anymore (sadly). However I often miss it and consider starting twinking again.
