Hi ive just been inactive for the longest time from world of warcraft in general not just twinking but i'm looking to come back into it and this is probably a really stupid question or its commonly asked or whatever but what is clearly the MOST active realm and the most active guilds? Is it still bleeding hollow?

Still BH, but there are many guilds over there for both alliance and horde

there are also a lot of guilds that aren't on BH. however people believe and say that BH is the "twink capital"

BH is probably the most well known, however with cross-realm features I've met a bunch of people on their 19 twinks. Server selection doesn't really matter if you have a way of obtaining gear.
