Nah in 24 threads they all say that petroll are BiS and better than heirloom, although it is also down to personal preference.

Petrolspill Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft basicly they give 12 agility 8 stam thats it, i dont know what is the 0 fire resist .
Heirloom Legs gives same stats + they add 5 crit + 5 haste in it?
So how is the possible that -0 fire resist is better then 5 crit+ 5 haste ??
Heirloom legs have 8 agility and 12 stam. 4 agility is arguably better than 4 stam, 4 crit and 4 haste.
