85 twink hunter trinket, profession questions

Just finished making a PVE set for my 85 hunter twink and was wondering about trinkets. Currently using the alchemy one upgrade to 466 ilvl and the archaeology one upgraded to 471 ilvl. Havent started collecting items from heroic dragon soul yet so mainly i was wondering would Gerp's Perfect Arrow - Item - World of Warcraft be better then the archaeology one?

Also was wondering what i should take for a 2nd profession being i have alchemy for the trinket as the first. Currently have JC but with only having 2 sockets on my gear and helm needing a yellow gem for the 180 agi socket bonus i was wondering if i should switch to enchanting or LW or just use a mastery or crit JC gem in the helm and an agi gem in my belt and stick with JC.

Side note, there was a guide on wowhead that listed every mop item for 80s and 85s broken down per class for each slot and i lost the link and with a bit of looking around didnt find it again so if anyone has a link to that please post that as well.

Pretty sure you'd be best off using the spine trinket, no? The archaeology one is awful and hunters benefit from agility more than any class.

As for professions, JWC will be decent next patch with access to hybrid gems. Ideally BS is slightly better now though, as it's ~320 primary (or 640 secondary) vs jwc's less secondary gain (the haste/crit/etc gems should be 640, whilst they're only 480)

havent been into heroic DS yet so wasnt includding that in my options just yet. also think the heroic DS rings will prob be better as well even tho they are only 410 but they do have a bit more agi.

but for now i think i will stick with JC since its already over 500 from cata and patch is only 2 weeks away

Since you're a Panda and not a human, you don't get the racial trinket. For PVP, I strongly suggest using Gerp's Perfect Arrow with Insignia. But if you do decide to race change to human for pvp(recommended), go with Heroic Vial of Shadows and Gerp's Perfect Arrow

Profession's wise, Splosion did a pretty good job explaining. Since you're not gonna be using Alch since the main reason for Alch is the trinket, go with Blacksmithing (320 pvp power to each wrist/gloves) and Engineering with the extra tinkers for a hunter.

seen a post other day about your twink guild Sushi and was wondering how active it is and how often you run 80 raids and 85 raids. thinking about transferring a character to your server

Haha, we mainly do 85 twinking, we don't do much with our 80's anymore. As for xferring, I would strongly suggest looking for a better guild that focuses on PVE rather than PVP so you don't waste your money. We only do PVE on for : Achievements for guild, BiS gear for our main RBG members, and basically for fun. We don't have a set up raid schedule, cause we don't really focus on it that much. However, there are multiple people on each day that leads premades if you do get into pvp. Sorry if that sounded sloppy, using my ipad

only need belt from icc heroic and trinket from hailon and have a guild grp of 5 people who do icc25 heroic every week and hailon isnt too hard with them and a handful of pugs so my 80 is about done, just started the 85 project so have no DS gear at all yet lol. and yea i dont pvp much at all really, think my main has 4.5k kills and has been around since vanilla wow
