Turkish, lvl 70 Twink Windwalker(dps) monk PvP video

Hi everyone, I am new to posting on Twinkinfo but have been following for quite some time. I just published a new pvp video featuring my monk in battlegrounds against other skilled opponents at level 70. Please comment and let me know what the Twinking community thinks of my take on windwalker twinking.

I don't think I have seen any other windwalker twinks in the 70 battlegroup that I am in (rampage) but hopefully someone is out there thinking about playing a level 70 twink and may this video guide them in the direction of the less OP Monks for level 70!

I couldn't help but notice the EXP gains in some scenes of your video.

In assumption you were filming most of these in experience on battlegrounds, most of your opponents weren't competent nor did they seem geared at all Looking at their health pools is one of many methods to determine this, including their gameplay.

Not to seem harsh on critique, quite nice to see Windwalker Monks around. But perhaps it was worth mentioning.

-You play against levelers... Which is sad, for all we know 50% of all your fights are vs. bots..
-Your intro.. Cheezus it was 1min and 30sec.. way too long..
-Vid could have been shorter, personally i don't feel like taking 17min out of my time to watch a vid, while i wouldnt mind like 5-10min, but i guess that's subjective.

Overall: I really liked the video, it was nice to watch, but.. The fact that you said you're not 70 wouldnt have been a problem, if you had just said it.. You play against levelers, which is always bad since you have a "real" bracket to play in..

When watching how it actually is, not being in xp-off, it's still very enjoyable. You can't do that shit in xp-off as ww.

im glad you all liked it, thats the video was made for entertainment. You're correct I am level 71, never the less the video, the intro, and all the footage is designed with entertainment in mind. I think it showcases skill, as most of my oppponents had full brutal glad gear, and most likely we're not botting. If exp off BGs didnt take an hour to queue into, this video would have been in there. I am really happy that you all enjoyed it. And for my next video I will be taking all your critiques into consideration.

Maybe I can show some arena videos, I just don't think arena videos are fun and enjoyable. I prefer the old world pvp / BG videos of vanilla over arena's anyday. perhaps I am just getting tired of seeing the same thing, and wanted something new and artistic.

And I thought the intro was perfectly fine, maybe for those of you who don't need to know what happens in the 70s bracket it is redundant but for someone who hasn't twinked it seems helpful.

My 70 Priest (before I leveled him) obtained 3/5 Brutal pieces. THROUGH ARENA POINTS. (if you even know what that is).
I rocked that gear so proudly cuz NO ONE had it and it "showcase[d]" skill cuz you had to do arenas for it. Now its just an embarrassment to have Brutal Gear on...
Anyways, I didnt check vid, I just wanted to comment on what you said about Brutal gear cuz I find it absurd that someone could say that.

Lol brutal gear didnt showcase skill in wotlk, and it never has... That's like saying malevolent gear shows skill atm

Brutal Gladiator gear is ilvl 159 epic gear sold by the honor vendors in the capital cities. For just around 2k honor a player can pick up a full set (It takes no time at all to have a full set, this is what I like about the 70 bracket). I am not saying that having brutal gladiator gear = skill. What I am saying is that I am fighting opponents that are twinks. I am not just facerolling a player in greens and blues. The average player at level 70 with greens and blues has 7-9k hp, heirlooms put a player up to around 10k but in order to get health above 13k in most cases one would need to have better then this, (ie: raid gear, or gladiator gear) If a player takes the time to purchase the gladiator gear I would be willing to say they are twinking. And I wonder if you only had 3/5 brutal pieces because you didn't have the arena rating to wear the 2k+ required pieces ( a real showcase of skill )... I competed during the gladiator (ilvl123) season 1, through S3 (vengeful). I know arenas.

Next time I think it would be wise to watch the video and do your homework before posting something so ignorant.

I don't think you know what a twink is. Just about everyone picks up s4 gear when they ding 70 because its easy to obtain and will last you until level 75ish before wrath blues start exceeding the stats on it.

Isn't this whole thing nullified by the fact that you're using dual 226 weapons, with double the damage of any level 70 2H weapon?

I can see that skill might be necessary, but you're removing the damage component completely.

Nice, ty for using your time to make this video. its nice to see some monk PvP. I would like to see some arenas, so if you are still interested in making new videos, ou should try some 2v2 or 3v3 arenas after season begin. I have a monk 70 myself but it is a healer and i plan to get some clips (if i do well in arenas).

Since 5.2 or Panda for that matter have people figured out what is best to gem for WW / Brew monk for 70-74 Bracket , What should we aim for Res wise ? Does any one have a Chardev for Monk Bis , Also What's better enchant wise for weapons ... Mongoose , Zerk or Ex ?

The video and music I liked, the only part is you're not against skilled players, they are leveling in a normal BG and you are 71. Otherwise good job.
