WSG Exploits- What should be tolerable and what shouldn't be

Wanted to hear from the community on recent exploits now being used in WSG.

I found myself in a couple games where a particular Horde Shaman wont name names crutched on the Firepit jump outside Hordes tunnel with flag making it pretty much impossible to get to for any melee class. Would this be considered an exploit?

In return on the alliance side I have seen a couple druids crutching on the ledge inside the base near 2nd level this doesn't seem to be a huge deal seeing that most classes can make the jump unlike the fire pit jump.

I just think this kind of behavior is not what the bracket needs to keep it alive..

just wanted to see if anyone else thought this also?

Obvious who that is

anything that doesnt included being untargetable (I.E running thru walls) is acceptable, like any wsg jump that doesnt require any 3rd party software is ok. People only whine about jumps cause they themselves have no knowledge of them, but anyone can do them by searching on youtube.

i once juked a french premade in cata and got report for hacking, just shows people ignorance to learning new levels of wsg.

I think the jump in question is quite reasonable as every class can do it, class specific jumps are generally not appropriate to use in WSG.

I wouldn't say that jump is "classy" to use as while every class can do the jump it requires a consumable.

The ally ledge jump is too easy to be considered an exploit. I was playing in xp-on 14s the other day and showed a few ungeared, newbie-types how to do it and they all got it in within 2-3 tries.

That being said, even that jump is not obvious. What I mean is based on how the ledge looks, there's no reason that one spot should be able to hold you and the others no. That's the problem I have with the map in general. I don't mind the jumps that you can at least see should be potentially possible, but many of them are like secret-doors that have been discovered over time. I'm not sure why Blizz doesn't try harder to fix these. Whether or not they are exploits depends on who's playing. In an xp-on BG where most of the players have no clue about jumps, it seems exploitative to use the jumps, at least when carrying the flag.

For xp-off, I think of things more as irritating or not rather than exploitative or not. Unless you are pre-mading with pre-arranged rules, anything that's possible will probably be done and the community cannot really control it.

Some of the jumps are irritating - mostly the ones I cannot do. If it requires a consumable then it's super irritating (unless I have a huge supply).

Imo there is quite a big difference by keeping a team of FOTM'ers who are using teamspeak to communicate, than healing randoms in bgs.
But then again, i've only done maybe 10 bgs at 19 bracket since start of cata.. But if i'm incorrect just call me out :)

of course theres a difference, but this is quite irrelevant to what i was saying

are you suggesting the french only premaded with 1 healer?.

sigh what i was implying was that you were worse than isa at healing

Well i know im being dumb here, bit isnt all jumps that isn't a path blizzard made concidered a exploit?

My opinion is though, if you do a jump that not all classes can do then thats abit unfair besides that its fine.

Best part about 19 twinks used to be the 4 hour long wsg games that had two exploiting rival fcs stalling behind the flag caps trying to queue their guilds in to beat each other.

I honestly think wsg exploits and twinks go hand in hand with eachother.
