Just came back from a very prolonged break, going to get my BoA chest and hopefully a few more upgrades that have came out in the time I've been gone.

Get stillwater signet and cloak of the sorcerer. only changes i can think of at the top of my head.

First priority: Hitcap - either swap LFH for Goggles or get the WSG-trinket and switch boots to Crit-Boots #1/Crits Boots #2

Otherwise your gear is pretty solid imo, after hitcap just stack a lot of crit and int, as Balance you can Rejuv-spam, Disengage and outrun for surviving
