Whats best to roll with a Mage?

Me and My Fiance are planning on rolling some 39 twinks, She decided she wanted to roll a Mage but My choice is lacking. Now we play 19s atm She plays Priest (but she knows Priests are dime a dozen right now, so shes rolling mage) and For me at 19 I play Warrior and Shaman. and honestly i would prefer not to roll ether of those. Any suggestions?

Update on this, Seems I have another friend thats wants to roll a Lock aswell so Im probably going to roll some sort of Healer, As Priest is a No Go, and i would perfer to stay away from Shaman(but would if they would fit the team perfectly) Are Pallies or Restro Druids worth rolling?

honestly i havn't seen a bad class. but bro if you really want to do something you've not done, how about a monk Mistweaver? Other than that maybe going pally might work since you can get healing, Ret, & FC gear. for druids there isn't really good leather to make FC viable.

So I decided I was going to rock out Hpallies any Armories that would be a good basis to go off of (I will be doing research on gear myself just looking for a good basis)
