Does Zircon Band still drop

I know Mop has removed resist enchants but do Zircon Bands still drop

I do know they are +4 not +6 anymore

Hah as I was reading this post a frost resist zircon ring dropped off a random slime in the wetlands on Maelstrom, stored in the bank
