Well I'm thinking of making a 39, and have a couple of questions

How is the pvp overall? Slow paced? Healing too strong? Burst too strong?

How are resto shamans in BGs/arenas?

Do wargames happen? If so, what realm is the place to be?

From the brackets I have played post MoP (19s,39s,49s) 39s feels the best. Mana is not endless for healers which is a huge reason for that in my opinion. Several classes bring some crazy burst, but not unmanageable for the most part.

RSham is in a fantastic spot. The utility combined with healing out put makes it a very fun spec to play. Please try and have an Ele set/spec ready to roll in the event to many healers end up on your team.
