Dragonslayer buff tracker?

Hey fellow twinks, I was wondering today after missing the dragonslayer buff because I was on my main if there was an addon that alerts you whenever someone turns in Neferians head? Since it takes around 10 minutes for the buff to be handed out after the quest is turned in this would be a very helpful addon, if something like this is even possible...

This also, I've come across the buff several times just sitting in stormwind waiting for bgs to pop or dungeons to pop.

But... I thought "twinking" means making your character the best it can be, this includes buffs.
