buy it without the OS, torrent windows 7 and use driver max to install your drivers. it will save you around £80.

apart from that, a solid set up.

i assuming you dont what torrenting is : BitTorrent - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

download a torrent program, find a torrent site, download windows 7 (cause windows 8 is shit) burn to a CD and install it to your comp.

once installed, download drivermax (cracked version) download all your drivers and you saved you self around £80 for taking 30mins to do the above.
 
I would suggest a larger power supply and an SSD to run your OS/Games/AV off of. Also the 660 is kind of a shitty card it runs on a 192 bit interface rather than 256 bit interface like similarly priced cards.Also ASrock makes a shitty motherboard.
