What does the bracket need?

As the title suggests, I'm making a 10-14, but I wanna know, what does the bracket need as far as levels, roles, factions etc. I can't get an AGM so fc is ruled out but otherwise I'm down for anything

Does anybody know what the majority of the bracket plays, and what roles need filling? I have the BoEs for pretty much any leather or cloth wearer.

The fun thing about 10-14 bracket is that all classes are viable if played correctly. For obvious reasons disc priest is on top of the food chain along with warlocks (I have not seen many warlocks around lately). Also, I would make the toon on Horde because if queues are gonna pop, we'll be most likely short on Hordies and keep him lvl 10 as well!

I've got about 45% haste, and my auto attacks hit for ~140 and ~100 on offhand, and with Lava Lash I hit for ~300 and ~200 on Primal strike. My burst is about ~700 damage in 1.5 seconds with no lifeblood (the character has an hour and a half of play time if that) but with berserking. I love the damage and the offheals are pretty significant.

EDIT: It's all in PvE with firewater, and Earth shock does a truckload of damage as well
