u should value sp over crit since shatter gives u 50% + twice the crit % u alrdy have, sp would be better for bursting since its almost a guaranteed crit anyway

If I were just doing 1v1, sure that'd be nice, but I'm not. Whenever I pop a frost nova, some random will attack it and break the nova, thus rendering [Shatter] useless.

About [Mindthrust Bracers] - if only. Haha. I have a pair of [Spidersilk Boots] enchanted with +5 Hit, but I don't use them. I value crit over SP, even though I went arcane - reason being, my [Arcane Barrage]s can crit up to 1k. It's ridiculous!

Here's what I use, though I'm missing +15sp bracers atm. Also I play frost mainly so don't have skinning, would be 25% crit with it though. I also prefer minor speed on boots and getting hit from somewhere else, over lesser accuracy so you can get a little bit more crit from there too. Oh, armory shows im 170 sp but the +20 fire spellpower enchant on gloves isn't included in that so it's 190 for fire, really or 198 after I get my enchant on bracers.

Not saying my gear is necessarily better, but if you want to go with a crit-heavy build, I think mine is rather viable too
