Is This a Bannable Offense?

Is putting a gem socket on your bracers as a 19 still against the TaC? If so, why? Is it a legitimate hack, or is it just something that Blizzard made available to us on accident and can be obtained without any "illegal" activities?

Can it still be done? And if it is, and a GM questions said offender, would a viable argument for said offender's case be that it was indeed available for them without any actions that were against the TaC?

some ppl got 3 day ban some ppl got perma like dazzle but he got it removed...
doesnt matter the stats for these no longer work even if u have them

Unless you already got banned in the past you wont get more than a 3 days ban
