Jade spirit, windsong provides about half the stat buff it does at 80, and you'll probably benefit from a ~15% SP buff for that duration.

Dosnt matter how much of a stat buff it gives on 80

Windsong for multidotting bgs
Jade for arena, if you need more burst in arena, windsong procc is more reliable then jade spirit, and shorter Hcd.
