I emote all the time. /lick /cheer /victory.. All typed, no macro's, but none of them are used to insult the opponent. I see emotes from Clinic spammed all over the place without anyone goading him or emoting first, so no, not eye for an eye, he's just being an arse.

I'd also like to add, everyone sticking up for him, as a good player.... I notice you're all Horde! No wonder you love him, winning all your games with his leet DPS. Also, the fact he played cata rogue and played his Spriest before they were buffed in MoP, still doesn't explain why the guy plays nothing other than 24 Spriest now.

Garrett sums it up quite nicely when you're on the receiving end anyway.

I know many ally 24s that are to me and to the team in general a real pain in the ass, but I don't come here in the forum insulting or badmouthing them. If they give me a hard time and make me nerdrage, good for them, they are doing their role as I'm wasting time instead of playing for the objectives; if they emote /spit /laugh on my corpse, I just roll my eyes, ress and go on, doing my best to kill them as payback.

The key point here, "annoying as hell to you" doesn't equal "bad player", and if horde players are defending him is because, yes, from our prospective he is a good addition to the team.

On a side note, it is very bad form to talk of someone behind their back, so let's stop from now on.

I acknowledge that I do not know what he is like in the horde chat. But for me to say he is a bad player is not simply a matter of seeing this from the Alliance side.

No matter what side you see him from. He does the same shit I specified in my previous post. And if you think he's good knowing this, then you don't know what you're talking about. Period.

I have played vs Clinic/Socialist etc etc in A LOT of bgs. And what I had specified in my previous post is simply what I see him do THE MOST.

I have to say he's very consistent in what he does. When I am in bg, and he gets flag I KNOW, he's waiting at our base with the flag. Yes, OUR BASE. This isn't 2nd cap going on 3rd cap or like 4 mins left or anything. He does this any fucking time. He also walks up to our big mob of people at the start of the game, gets owned, and he keeps doing this in almost every bg I see him in. I don't know why.

One of you said that you acknowledge that he GY farms but that it's only against weak teams. Well no shit. He can't farm the strong teams. Still shitty anyway though. It doesn't change that it's a dick move just because the opposing team was weak.

He has and continues to play powerful classes. He's played rogue, and I understand that some of you want to underplay this. But it's not funny when a rogue manages to almost one shot your fc and this has happened a lot. IF I am to judge him as a rogue then I simply see him as a player that relies on his excessively large burst.

His shadow priest is the same. And I don't know if he was shadow priest before it was OP, I'm pretty sure he was disc. But I could be wrong here.

He's also used a hunter and a paladin.

He may not be a FOTM reroller. But he has always played powerful classes that I have seen.

Look, the bottom line is this. A player that gy farms, a player that pisses around with the flag, and a player that screws around midfield are NOT the traits of an objective player. And he is this more often than he is not.

well from what i have seen hes very objective based, opinions are opinions. i have never seen him gy farm ("prolonged" containing weak groups while capping is not farming), dick around with flag etc etc. imo he is one of the better and objective based players in the bracket especially by p2p standards....
 
Going to the original topic not some lame Spriest, Swifty is in EU Stormscale at the moment so we could gank him he is Horde ^^ but he has a huge crowd trailing him so no chance.

Imo the funniest Spriest with the most style has to be Elbueno Kun-Lai Runt- Bg stomper.

Please also I beg get back to the subject and leave the lame argument.

Most of what all of you say is right, the good and the bad, Clinic :

- he does like powerfull classes although he doesn't FOTM reroll them.
- he does GY farm from time to time.
- he can also play very objectivly and look after his FC,kill EFC,heal those around him,etc...
- he knows how to push out the maximum of his class regardless of the class he plays.
- IMO he is the most skillfull 24 S priest i have ever seen since cata in this bracket.
- many Horde ppl from this bracket are skillless/teamless/brainless and thus very apprichiative about Clinic winning the game for them.
- when Clinic pushed to make an effort,he is so strong that his contribution alone wins the game so very often.
- my guess is that when he's bored he goes a bit GY/middle farming, then when that's boring he goes to objective play and so on...
- it's perfectly understandable how he could he loved and hated,cause he does things that deserve both.
- it is my strongest opinion that he's one of the most skillfull 24's in the bracket regardless of how he decides to play the next BG.
- his hairstyle is completely a diff story,he lost a bet and now he has to have a gay haircut.

I'm not even going to try to explain myself since I totally agree with what Garett posted earlier today. We'll just see how "good" is every single 24 after the next patch :p :

Players in low level battlegrounds will have their effective level raised to the maximum level allowed in that battleground bracket. Players' base stats and spells are scaled accordingly and are treated as the same level when determining hits, misses, and critical effect chance.

Hes good player but also very rude one.

He was Disc when he made priest in cata then he rolled Spriest still in cata but havent seen him playing Spriest much in cata, he rolled Spriest played it for lil bit of time and then made Ret Paladin i think.
He probably got tired of getting kited by hunters on hes pala and rolled BM Hunter.

And its 100% truth that he gy farms or used to gy farm every team he could.
And he still mid farm when hes team can win the game without him.

I dont consider him FoTM reroller cuz he played those classes be4.
But its obviusly he switchs 24s depending on how OP they are.
 
what bestasky says sums it up well imo. all i would really add is i have only seen the guy "contain" weak teams, knowing he would be most effective in this role.
