Is Anyone Else Having This Problem??

Sometimes when I go to target someone on Blizzard's raid frames it'll bug out and won't interact. I'll reload but it'll only fix the problem temporarily. Not sure what's causing it but any feedback is good feedback so holler at me on this thread.

I'm pretty sure it's caused when people enter/leave the battleground. You'll see the person who exited the game on your raid frames still, but not the new person, and then it goes downhill from there and the frames get jumbled or something, idk. I also think it has to do with some version of some addon, possibly bg targets, because I stopped having the problem when I disabled my addons.

Well it's not even that anymore--it used to do that in Cata--now it just does it randomly and I'm forced to /reload at the worst times.

this is a problem that has been around since at least cata and isn't caused by addons at all. It happens is someone leaves when you are still in combat. Blizzard raid frames for w/e reason aren't allowed to update when the character is in combat and when a new player joins (your char is still in combat) the frames cannot update on your side even though it has been updated on the games side (which explains how you cannot target the players at that point since there is a difference between your end and the games updated end)

This happens both in LFR and bgs and doesnt seem to be getting fixed any time soon. For myself what seems to temporarily fix it is removing my wtf folder, allowing it to remake a new one and putting in all the addons I used previously but this isn't a 100% fix.

/reload is the only option i can think of.
That or use a raid frame addon that might work.

the easiest solution would be to getting an alternative raid frame addon. This happens eventually and does not stop. /reload will only work when out of combat. If you /reload during combat then you will see no fix.

Thanks for all the kind words and helpful advice gentleman, I'm currently running blizzard raid frames and ouf_freebgrid side by side so that if I can't mouse over on blizzard's frames I can simply move over to the right and mouseover on ouf.
