Scarab Lord Transfer Question

I was thinking about something now that they introduced the whole account wide mounts and titles. I have a Scarab Lord title and Black battletank, and I was wondering if I transfer a level 60+ character to another account with my name on it, if that account will get the title along with the battletank...not to mention all the other mounts I farmed.

in beginning when account-shared titles and mounts came live, many ppl made fortunes by doing this. doesnt work anymore though.

I wouldnt risk anything when its such a unique thing, go speak to a gm about it (or even two)
