Questions about 80-84bracket

Was thinking of joining 80-84 and i have a few questions.
Do BGS pop regularly or are they planned?
Is stacking mastery best for all classes or just some?

The que according to wow is 10-20 minutes usually, but based on my experience they are under 5 min waits. And no, for some classes/ mastery is lowest priority. Generally at least one of the secondaries is worth stacking however

80 warriors hit like a truck, easily burst someone from full health to nothing (with a pocket heals they're lethal), their biggest downfall is how much damage they take, a well played warrior can go far in this bracket.

Dunno 'bout US 80 - 84 but the EU bracket only is alive at certain times of peak, usually on the weekends. But they usually stop playing if the sides are too unbalanced.

Bracket is not dead US Pops varying from Instant to maybe even an hour, depending on when you're que'ing.
