Hey don't really know much about 20-24 twinking but noticed its more active than 15-19 bracket ATM so decided to make a balance druid, please any tips?

Cloth hat, parachute cloak, overlord's favor, pve shoulders, emissary cuffs, gloves of the hero, cloth legs, chest - greater stats, engineering, herbalism.
