Caster hit rating

Yo guys so haven't played at all in 24s since cata and im making gearing my knew toon. My question, has the hit cap for casters changed? from what i can see looking at my toon looks like the cap is around 6ish 6.5? is this right thanks for the help :3

Spell cap is 6% and melee cap 3%.

Cap is def higher than 10 I'm at 14 and that's only 5.69% and still miss on 24's (0.31%) plus I'm sure there is other ways than that trinket lol

It is also good to see after just having a look at a lot of caster armories with prob 80% not hit capped lol guess most people haven't noticed the changes in hit come mop

Hit cap is 15 rating for a 24. I personally use +5 hit to boots and Rune of Perfection to cap my mage, but there are other options.

I don't think most care...they won't be missing against f2ps .

hitcap vs other 24's is 15 (6%). If your horde and your target is a NE level 24 then you need 8% hit which is 20 hit rating

Quickness was changed back to 2% dodge I think

If so then hitcap is only 15, which is really easy to reach with Rune of Perfection - Item - World of Warcraft giving 10 hit already
