Other games with twink potential

Hi, originally i had set my mind to twink in the mmo Rift, but as i was looking up information for it, i saw that the xp-lock feature was removed.

Is there any other games with twink potential? If so, i would appreciate if you could list some. Not runescape though, thats way too time consuming.

You twink in Rift by playing F2P or not subbing, as you can play at 20 even on a lapsed account that's been upgraded. You just have to make sure not to play your 20s while subbed or they get XP. It's better than WoW, in that while 20 isn't top of the bracket (29 is), all lower levels are scaled up to be equivalent to 29, and only trials/unsubbed can twink. No-one at a higher level can XP lock to get comparable gear.

There's already a thread on F2P twinking Rift here. Bear in mind that some of the information may be out of date. In particular the shards have changed so that some are 'trial only' that don't support LFG or warfronts. I was able to transfer a character onto a normal shard, but that might only have been possible because I subbed for 1 month.
