BiS Tank shoulders. Debate.

So I was going through some items - and came across the fact that almost all tanks use the Burnished Pauldrons of Might - Item - World of Warcraft - With the exception of Oncilla.

Reason I was looking into this was because I came across a pair of
Stockade Pauldrons - Item - World of Warcraft
on the auction house.

I'd say in my personal opinion that the Stockade Pauldrons are BiS, of cause making Thirkfifty non-bis once again (This is my mission if you wonder!).

So the question is, what do you guys think is BiS? Stats difference is as following:

Stockade Pauldrons
2 stamina
15 dodge
105 armor

Burnished Pauldrons of Might
12 Strength
12 Parry

So looking at this, it's 12 strength vs 3 dodge 2 stamina 105 armor in effective stat difference?

Stockade will give you more Direct Damage reduction/survival. You'll be able to take more hits.

Burnished will give you more parry

I use them on dualfury because I generally avoid parry. I have so much of it from strength that it's getting a bit close to diminishing returns. After a certain point the rating for parry hits that soft cap, and I don't want to be anywhere near it. I also like the look and don't have a lot of heirloom access.

I'm actually somewhat offended Linden believes I don't have almost every possible combination of gear already in my bags. I've got maybe 6 or 7 full sets of gear.
