and after looking at this i am thinking of starting a 10-14 horde guild on BH to recruit more.

I am not opposed to opening up 2 more accounts for this so i will have 4 places i can take for people dropping or not enough for queue to work with.

Yeah but i want them often and i strongly believe first impression means a lot and i want NO WAITING AROUND.
