Administrator ☆ Moderator ☆ TI Veteran ☆ TI MVP ☆ TI Donor ☆ TI Guide Author
Or ranks like Uber Twink > Immortal Twink
The latter is based on post count.
The former is based on a few different things, like TI Veteran would be a certain post count and 3+ years as a member of TI. TI Donor is pretty self explanatory and the other ones i'm not too familiar with

Administrator ☆ Shane, the owner of this site. Only way to get this rank would be to buy the site off him.
Moderators ☆ Moderators oversee the forums. They respond to your reports and have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, give out infractions, ban users, etc. Would need to become part of the site staff to get this one. ^^
TI Veterans ☆ As Turdel stated, you will be able to get this rank only after being a member for three years.
TI MVPs ☆ Users who have consistently been particularly helpful and / or knowledgeable. You need to get nominated by other users and approved by the site staff to become an MVP.
TI Donors ☆ Users who have donated to the site in the past. This is currently not possible.
TI Guide Authors ☆ Users who have written one or more approved guides for any of the TI guide sections. Write a good guide to receive this one. ^^

We're just co-admins to Shane, the owner, we being Silin and me. Shane is the sole site owner and also manages all the technical aspects of the site so nothing bugs and everything looks good.Aaaaaah, cant have angry names - TI be happy mon!
I just realized how silly it is that I said the only way to get admin rank would be to buy the site off of Shane. >_>
