Also I'm pretty sure Slippers of Unturned Loyalties are 4 hit, not 3.

thats like 9 spells per 1000 or w/e you'll miss. id be happy with 10hit.

In the current state of this bracket, you need to be hitcapped. Everything you do means so much more now since a healer can top off and FC in 1 global, so every 1000 casts you could miss that one polymorph that could win you the game.

i do agree with this, but CC'ing healers isnt long enuff to get a kill unless 2+ players get burst on same target, but at the end of the day these are going into very small stat differences and these are usually decided by personal play style.

This could be wrong since i havent played after the extra healing nerf.

If he's frost mage he should pick GSoJ over Headmasters? resil + sta > crit + int

Yeah he should, but if he's running with PvE staff in the first place I bet he's DPSing. Otherwise yeah, pick the GSoJ ofc.
