This is merely a BiS list of top Resil>Stam (or rather max effective health) gear. only stats listed that pretain to just standing still not attacking but gettin hit. all links are wowhead.com/(insert)

Obviously Brewmaster for kegs and tank extras.
Talent is Tiger's Lust (spell=116841) for the extra root release every 30 sec


head - Stained Shadowcraft Cap - 91 armor, 10 stam - item=61937

neck - Thick Bronze - 3 stam , item=21933

No enchants calculated in to these figures because you can do what you want with them but i have what i think is bis next to item name. for cloak i have no idea but i posted the main ones.

Armor - 641 or 24.65%
Stamina - 103 stam
Resil - 17 or +8.33% (total = 48.33%)

Please add positive inquiries only. will update and hopefully have a VERY detailed post about races, gear, talents, stats, but i can be lazy and have a RL so. any imput or if someone wants to take what i have and make a real guide please do.

Monk with Stam satchel cloak with +5 resists... nope Doesn't really matter since you've listed rest of enchants aswell.

Also, I'd probably use leather resil shoulders, you lose 1 resil but gain 1 stam, 6 agility and some armor. But yeah if this is purely for effective health, then the cloth resil shoulders are better.

Bristlebark gloves are better than Defias by +3 armor.

About hat, I don't know, LFH could be better. If you have Ellos band, it depends if you value 6 agility + 7 armor over 5 stamina. Oh, unless some of the brewmaster abilities count as spells, then you would need leather loom hat for the hitcap too.

ty for the gloves, i over looked them bc i was mix matching legs and boots with defias for th 10 armor from 2 set. im sure the LFH is BiS, i just didnt think about it bc ive never had one >.<. the shoulders i figured out that 1 resil was bertter then 1 stam and 30 armor for effective health.

and again please keep sending in possible upgrades for Effective health gear!

Why would you use Exquisite Sunderseer Mantle - Item - World of Warcraft when there is Lasting Feralheart Spaulders - Item - World of Warcraft (exact same stats just more armor)

Also dont forget that factor that agility adds dodge, (I think 6 agi is about 0.96%) So I would personally take Exceptional Stormshroud Shoulders - Item - World of Warcraft. because I value 1 stam 6 agi (0.96% dodge) more important than a mere 1 resi 3 crit... but thats just me.

Also same goes with necklace, for BM monk I would take Scout's Medallion - Item - World of Warcraft. (2 stam 0.96% dodge) over Thick Bronze Necklace - Item - World of Warcraft (3 stam)

Again, its a matter of personal preference but its never good to gimp yourself for max stam as that extra agility will also add extra damage and crit which never hurts

As for 10 haste vs 15 agi on gloves, I think thats debateable over energy regen (for more slows) vs extra dodge. I personally would take 15 agility.

For sure I would probably gear a BM Monk like that.
