Is that 74.55% Mastery bonus considering the fact that Chardev doesn't have updated stat values for MoP gear? Blizz replaced some Mastery values for a handful of MoP items shortly after MoP got released.

Death Siphon is being increased to 150% healing in 5.2. Even if those numbers are incorrect due to chardev being far behind the update curve you are still looking at 40k-60k heal crits now.
