Basically, If you are involved in any sort of PvP Combat; your healing done is reduced by 30%.
There were 2 main issues with Arena when MoP Came out:
1. Healing was too strong(including offhealers)
2. Healers never oom'd.
One of these issues were possibly fixed. So the question(s) I am going to ask everyone is:
In 3vs3 arena, is it still going to be a problem to run with DPS who can offheal? Or did this problem get fixed with this patch? or will it still be Overpowered to run with a healer and 2 DPS who can offheal?
