I made a new post on my blog concerning the recent hotfixes, which seem to buff hunters a decent amount, and concerning the upcoming changes to transmogging which might give F2P some more weapon choices. For the sake of not annoying people the hotfixes that effect F2P are below along with Zarhym's tweet about transmogging.

Aspect already did this with 5.1, this was not a hotfix.

Also only Improved Serpent Sting - Spell - World of Warcraft was changed. This is only for level 70 and above survival hunters.

Disengage with posthaste already removed roots before 5.1, I'm guessing this was just a tooltip change?

100% extra damage :O so leet. maybe it will be a little more useful other than keeping rogues and druids from stealthing.

I see, how embarassing. I looked at the most recent notes instead of the previous ones.

according to this, aspect was supposedly changed to 15% in 5.1, even though the tooltip was incorrect. Was the recent hotfix just a tooltip change or was it the actual buff?

And wasn't posthaste removing roots before 5.1? or was it bugged in some cases?
They may have both been hotfixes because they were may have both been bugged, but they didn't have the correct effects until last week.
