Gnomish Battle Goggles is a major plus for Gnomish engineering, whereas the biggest advantage to Goblin engineering is probably Goblin Rocket Launcher.
Sonic Booster is available to you as a Gnome regardless of Gnomish/Goblin spec.
But have a look yourself if there's anything you find to your liking;

For a tank monk I guess Foreman's Reinforced Helmet has some value, but a pair of Cogspinner Goggles of Stamina is probably better with its near 100 stamina as far as I remember.
In terms of Foreman's Enchanted Helmet, I'd say Cogspinner Goggles with an "Of the Elder enchant" (46 stam, 31 spirit, 31 int) beats the former hands down.
