After eating at real sub shops on the east coast, when visiting family. Now, it's hard to consider what Subway sells as being an actual sub. Just a sandwich really, but they're ok for what they are.

However, the idea of falafel being available everywhere intrigues me. Big fan of hummus, falafel, and the garbanzo bean in general.

I hear ya on east cost sub shops, I really miss Papa Gino's though. I've found a few pizza shops that are good but none as good as Papa Gino's.

From what I found, the falafel is being tested in Chicago area? Is that right? If so EAT TONS OF IT so they will carry it and I can get it too :)
